We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

Location: Vasanth Nagar, (MG Road) Bengaluru (4 Openings)
Shift Timings: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (day shift)
Weekly Working Days 6 Days
Note:1 rotational week off will be provided
Salary & Compensation
Salary Offered: ₹1.5 Lac to ₹2.9 Lac (annually)
PF & ESIC Incentives Available
Education:12th pass mandatory
Experience: 6 months to 3 yrs of experience as
Telemarketing in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance, Education / Training, Automobile or FMCG / F&B mandatory
Candidate should have atleast 6 months exp in telesales outbound calling
Age: 20 – 30 yrs
Communication: Good English Kannada skills
Job Description
- Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources.
- To fix up appointments with prospective customers.
- Ensure that the maximum number of appointments should be made for a month.
- Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls.
- Retention percentage should be monitored on a regular basis.
- Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales.
