Customer Care Executive – Whitefield Bangalore

Job Role :

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer request
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month


  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
